Executive Recruiter


 


Unique and specialized Executive Search firm seeks Recruiting to join Financial Division Team.  This position is full time and with long term client.   The right candidate will have excellent judgement and track record in the recruiting field (contingency experience preferred).


 


We have a number of recruiters successfully working this project and we need to add one more to the team in order to meet our clients hiring goals.


 


REQUIREMENTS 



  • Previous successful experience Recruiting / Sourcing active and passive candidates



  • Excellent follow up skills!  This is a must!



  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills.  The position requires the ability to interface professionally with hiring managers through email correspondence and phone calls.



  • Virtual Office Set up. Must be able to access Internet and emails 24/7. No distractions!



  • Self-motivated and self disciplined!  Unlimited Earning Potential!



  • Strong work ethic



  • Prefer 4 year degree
