Description

Develops corporate and/or organizational policies and authorizes their implementation. Interacts internally and externally with executive level management requiring negotiation of matters to influence policy-making bodies. Responsible for setting the strategy around organizing and developing data warehouses for optimal decision support. Manages a function or unit within the technology environment. Manages multiple teams of associates and is responsible for hiring, termination, performance management. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures as they relate to databases. Leads other managers in establishing plans and objectives for a functional area, division, product group. Directs and controls the activities of functional areas, divisions, product groups, service groups, etc., through managers with overall responsibility for the direction of those assigned areas. Typically 10+ years of IT experience, including people management responsibility.
 

Qualifications
Required Skills:

Experience in Commercial, Investment Banking and Global Product data management is necessary. Successful implementation of reference data platform is ideal. The candidate must be capable of leading all phases of technology delivery and expertly navigate a matrixed environment.



Desired Skills:

Data Warehousing with Informatica, Web Application Development on Weblogic/Oracle stack. Experience with the Banks General Ledger, CLPR data, Sales Pipeline Scorecard and Profitability tools.
