DRESS CODE <br />

Our client has been a global leader in Freight Forwarding for over 30 years. They are established, well run and profitable. They are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding professional to manage the sales of Trans Pacific Freight and Logistics based out of their Chicago office. <br />
<br />
The primary purpose of this position is to increase the tonnage figures between Asia and the United States and visa versa. You will sell all modes of transport (air / ocean) as well as logistics products and services. <br />
<br />
In order to make a significant impact on this position you will need to approach both medium and large importers / exporters. You will use traditional methods of selling to these target customers including, identifying, meeting, presenting and closing these target accounts. You will need to constantly keep introducing yourself to new clients in order to achieve / exceed the personal performance budget (which will be provided by management). You will also be required to work closely with all company locations to execute traditional “push/pull” sales. <br />
<br />
You will be expected to make a minimum of 3 international business trips per year in order to help cultivate your target accounts. These trips will be clearly communicated with origin/destination sales people in order to maximize trip results.<br />
<br />
You will be largely measured on your business development performance. Management will provide clear incremental budget goals as well as support to help achieve these goals. <br />

Responsibilities:<br />
Teach English credited university courses in the SCIC with focus on Academic Writing, Listening, Reading, Communications, and marking the test and examinations. <br />

CFCIE required that Instructional Language is English in our SCIC, therefore, Native English Teachers do not need to speak Chinese. CFCIE provide Chinese Lessons free of charge to our Teachers.<br />

Qualification:<br />
Native English Speakers with Bachelor with minimum of one (1) year of teaching experience.<br />
Teaching / TESOL Certificate, Master or PhD degrees preferred but not mandatory.<br />
